Application for Primary One Placement

Parents, who would like to apply for a placement for Primary One, please come to our school office to obtain the application form or download the form. Please submit the form to the school office in person before Wednesday, 17th June 2026 together with the following documents:

1. Applicant child’s copy of HK Birth Certificate / Other Identity Document.
2. Copies of Identity Card of both Parents or Guardian.
3. Copies of previous School Report Card (if any).

** Application by post will not be accepted **

Tentative interview date is set on Tuesday 23th June 2026.  The final date and time will be informed in due course.

Please read the "Personal Information Collection Statement" carefully before filling in the form.
