Application for Admission

Please come to our school office to obtain the application form or download the form. When submitting the form, please submit together with the following documents:

1. Applicant child’s copy of HK Birth Certificate / Other Identity Document.
2. Copies of Identity Card of both Parents or Guardian.
3. Copies of previous School Report Card (if any).

Remarks: Applicant child shall attend an interview for assessment.
