Mentors

Personal Tutor Purpose:

1. Establish a harmonious, happy and positive campus atmosphere;
2. Establish a good teacher-student relationship;
3. Comprehensively take care of the personal growth of students.

Form:

Student will divided into multiple groups (Mentor groups) according to the number of teachers, and individual tutors are responsible for it; Group activities are not limited in content and number, plus tutors are formulate activities according to the students' conditions.

Activity schedule:

1. Personal tutors are formulate individual/group goal plans with student members at the beginning of the semester and follow up regularly. At the end of the semester, summarize and review the target plan with student.
2. Self-directed classes: Personal tutors are arrange self-directed learning activities or activities that match the theme of moral education.
